Different Views on the Commonwealth Games - Your Mission

The Commonwealth Sport Committee has asked you to give an oral reporton the benefits and challenges of organizing a global sporting event, as an introduction to the round table on the organization of the 8th edition of the Commonwealth Youth Games.
Explain the pros and cons of organizing the Commonwealth Games (give 4 advantages and 4 disadvantages) and make sure to use linking words to make your speech coherent.
